We will report back to you whether your carpet has a retail value of more than € 500, – and only in this case we recommend that you actually commission an appraisal.

Yes, detailed documentation of your carpet is the best way to ensure that the full value of your carpet is being replaced. Please note that the insurance company is not obliged to accept the information provided by us uncritically.
